Process
The interview process included:
- A casual recruiter screen
- A pair programming exercise
- An onsite with two more pair programming exercises, architecture design, resume Q&A, and a hiring manager screen.
The pair programming interviews were pretty easy and straightforward. They involved more collaborative toy problems than typical gotcha-type problems.
However, I was later ghosted by the recruiter. I reached out to the hiring manager, who said the opening was taken away. I would have appreciated it if the recruiter had responded.
