We scheduled a phone call with the technical recruiter, yet I didn't receive the call that time. After I sent an email stating the situation, we rescheduled the phone conversation. It was as short as ten minutes. He asked me why I want to work at Square and whether the position is suitable for me. Then he explained the interview process.
