Process

I applied directly for a role via the website.

The first call was with a recruiter to discuss leveling and the interview process.

This initial screening call included pair programming. Following that, there was a virtual onsite round consisting of five interviews:

  • Two more pair programming sessions
  • A system design interview
  • A past project interview with a leadership focus
  • A past project interview with a technical focus

After these interviews, there was team matching.

Due to layoffs, my hiring process was interrupted before an offer could be sent, though I did find a team match.

Design a hotel booking system.
