Block has an incredible culture.
Lots of great people.
Well-established processes.
Great ML tooling.
Solid management vision.
Also, the management is very transparent, which is amazing.
Some growth pains. Many docs and initiatives that take a while to plan and do. While before the pandemic, the same projects would be delivered super fast.
A bit more focus on the ML tooling front. Many different tools have been developed over the years, with limited value.
