Bad experience, as the recruiter didn't follow up after the interview, even though it's been two weeks since. I took about a month to prepare for the interview, so it's professional courtesy to convey feedback.

I went through a phone interview and then had a face-to-face interview. The phone interview consisted of a series of high-level technical questions, seemingly to confirm my technical background.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. She explained the standard procedure: two phone screens and one onsite interview. We used CoderPad for the phone screens. The first phone screen was conducted via Skype. We discussed my background briefly
