Remote work, decent pay. Some of the team members are genuinely nice, but unfortunately, they are overshadowed by the negative atmosphere.

Toxic Culture: The work environment is highly toxic, with constant backstabbing and gossip. Management does nothing to address this, and in some cases, they even encourage it.

Poor Leadership: Leadership lacks vision, communication, and empathy. They are more interested in playing office politics than in leading the team effectively. Feedback is often ignored or met with hostility.

High Turnover: The company has an extremely high turnover rate, which speaks volumes about the underlying issues. Employees often leave within a year, leading to a lack of continuity and constant training of new hires.

Work-Life Imbalance: Despite claims of supporting work-life balance, the reality is that you're expected to be available 24/7. Burnout is common, and there's little regard for personal time.

Lack of Growth Opportunities: There is little to no room for growth or career development. Promotions are rare and seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit.
