Some very skilled people.
The pay is not as high as other tech companies which Block tries to position itself against.
Lots of instability.
There are a few coasters, people who do rest-and-vest.

Software Engineer
Phone screen and then a full day of interviews. There were: * 3 pair programming challenges * A system design review * A prior experience interview There was also an onsite lunch with a person from the company.

There are 3 rounds of OOP. Each round has 3 sub-questions of a larger question. These questions build upon each other. You will have 45 minutes to answer them all. There will be a bonus question.
