Full of your typical woke leftist tech employees. DEI is very active here and, consequently, hard to progress unless you're in a "marginalised group".
The company values DEI over merit, resulting in many mediocre hires. Many workers are lazy and entitled.
Company is very intolerant to any political views that don't match the leftist narrative.
If you dropped the DEI nonsense and hired and promoted based on merit instead of ticking diversity boxes, the company would be much more successful.
