Everything is remote (there are offices, but they are ghost towns). Management knows best; ideas come from management, not engineers, leading to short-term checkmarks and long-term trouble and bandwagoning.
Listen more to engineers, have a retro process for management decisions.

Software Engineer
Phone screen and then a full day of interviews. There were: * 3 pair programming challenges * A system design review * A prior experience interview There was also an onsite lunch with a person from the company.

There are 3 rounds of OOP. Each round has 3 sub-questions of a larger question. These questions build upon each other. You will have 45 minutes to answer them all. There will be a bonus question.
