There's a lot of freedom to focus on what you want to do.
There are a lot of different products to explore and work on. You'll get plenty of diversity in your work if that's what you're looking for.
Block is starting to lose its original culture of bottoms-up thinking and freedom to work on the things you like to work on. It's pretty normal for companies to do this once they reach a certain size. Block's culture is definitely changing because of its size.
Continue to focus on work-life balance and giving ICs the freedom to work on the things they're passionate about.
