It is very fun to work for such a startup company. Even though the company has grown to over 1000+ employees now, you still have lots of chances to make an impact as an individual. There are also lots of bottom-up ideas that become company strategies.
It will be hard to imagine the company's transparency until you join. It is a fantastic culture.
