Process

The environment and culture at Bloomberg are very open. The people there were nice, and they primarily asked behavior-based questions. First, you have to explain your resume. Then, they asked questions about what product Bloomberg sells, your weaknesses and strengths, and any other question that can explain who you are, such as if you could be anything in the world, what would you be.

They want the right candidate for the job. I had two interviews back-to-back for an hour and toured the place a bit. I advanced to the second round but did not make it to the third and last round.
