This was an on-campus interview. The interviewer was nice and gave some hints. Generally, it was a harmonious interview, although I did not do well.
The on-campus interview consisted of two parts. If you passed the first part, you could proceed to the second. Unfortunately, I failed the first part.

Pros: Bloomberg is a great place to gain independence and make decisions. Even interns were given very useful work and were encouraged to try new things and make their own decisions. So Bloomberg really trusts its employees, which allows them to grow.
Cons: One downside of working at Bloomberg is that it is primarily a financial software company. There are several other things, like web and legal, you can develop for, but apart from that, it's mostly financial. It wasn't a downside for me, though, because I really enjoy financial software development.

Nice benefits.
The skill level of people working there is pretty high, I must say.
There is free food available all the time.
Cons: Too much work. They make you work like donkeys. If you're in a team like Global Trading, your life will be hell.
