Process
I submitted my resume at the career fair on campus. They invited me to an interview.
I went through three rounds. I did well in the first two, but I don't think I performed well in the final round with the manager and HR.
I was asked about projects on my resume and some technical questions, like how to merge two linked lists.
Questions
Given some random letters, for example "a, e, o, g, z, k, l, j, w, n", and a dictionary, try to find a word in the dictionary that has most of the given letters.

Pros: Free snacks and soft drinks.
Pay is good.
The company really pays a lot of attention to the internship program.
The people working there are smart.
Cons: Technology is amazingly old. Do you know Comdb?
Managers don't care about your feelings as long as you get the work done, regardless of how you achieved it.
For an intern, whether you can get a full-time job offer is independent of how your work was during the summer, even if you work hard and your mentor and manager like you.

Meaningful Project, Great Culture

Pros: They treat you like a full-time employee. I had a project that was impactful and meaningful. It was my first real foray into actual project design and management. They do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience and continually improve the internship program each year with larger salaries and more intern involvement.
Cons: A few people had less than stellar experiences, but that was more to do with their fit in the company's culture and their team's culture than the company itself.

Pros: Many excellent trainings, both on Finance and Programming.
The intern program is nice, and I learned a lot from my teammates.
Cons: The work can be boring if you have been there for many years. A messy codebase makes it hard to change and maintain.
