Process

There was a series of interviews.

The first interview was 30 minutes. This was one of the main screening rounds and consisted of many simple technical questions.

After this, there was a 1-hour interview. This one included a simple C program on trees, followed by a complicated one. I could not solve the complicated question, so I guess I was rejected.

You must know pointers well to clear the Bloomberg interview.

Questions

There is an array of 1-byte and 2-byte numbers. The 1-byte number always starts with a 0, and the 2-byte number always starts with a 1. You are given a pointer to the beginning of a particular character. How will you perform a backspace?
