Pros: Overall, they offer a good salary and benefits package with pretty challenging work. You get to work with very smart colleagues, so there is a lot you can learn. They also give you a lot of responsibility from the beginning.
Cons: High job pressure, limited set of technologies (mostly C, C++), and proprietary GUI, DB, etc. Not much social interaction.

A great building and perks in New York City.
They provide in-house training for employees and offer involvement in social activities.
Cons: Management is not supportive of international employees in their visa applications and green card applications. They try to exploit people who need sponsorship.
