I had a very good experience with the recruiter.

I moved to the technical interview stage. The coding interviewer was very inexperienced. I was able to solve the problem, but I'm not sure why they decided not to move forward with my application.

I think they should spend time training their coding interviewers on how to conduct interviews. The fact that someone can code doesn't make them fit for interviewing others.
