People recognize that work is work, and not all of life.
Work is held to a high standard of excellence.
I've learned so much from colleagues.
Internal transfers are highly encouraged, so if you get bored, you can have a whole different career inside the same company.
Great benefits and PTO.
Cons: Some teams are not as exciting or motivated and can be a bit boring, but it really depends a lot on the team.
Thankfully, internal transfers are highly encouraged, so if you're on a team that you don't jive with, you can find another one, and everyone's cool with it.
