Pros: Benefits are good, and the pantry is stocked.
Cons: Pay doesn’t keep up with other tech companies. Also, they got really lame once they started tracking “badge-ins.” For a “progressive” company, they sure are anchored to the old ways of working. The in-office culture is crap, and it won’t surprise me if management uses your in-office days for end-of-year reviews. It used to be fun but now they’ve gotten weird.

Pros: This was my first job out of my bootcamp, and I love working here. My team is great, my TL is great, and I like the work I'm doing.
Cons: It kind of sucks that we have to go in three times a week, especially for those coming in from Long Island or New Jersey.
