Process
I submitted my application online and was contacted by HR within four days.
I then scheduled a telephone interview with one of their software developers for the following week.
The interviewer was very nice and helpful, offering guidance throughout the conversation. I indicated Java as my preferred language, and no questions were asked about other programming languages.

The reason they are managers is that a lot of people run away after 1-2 years, so upper management has to pick from what's left. A Wall Street recruiter I talked to asked me, "Why 80% of resumes he received are from Bloombergs..." You figure out why.
