I liked their interview process, except for the fact that they really stretched out the time in informing me that my application was rejected. I had another existing offer which I had to accept or reject within 3-4 days, and I asked my recruiter at Bloomberg to expedite the process and inform me about the final decision within a week. But they really didn't care, and even after the final interview round, they took a long time to get back to me. It seemed they had already rejected me a while ago but just didn't care to inform me immediately.
