The interview process consisted of a phone interview and a virtual onsite.
The phone interview was a typical, hour-long technical interview featuring a LeetCode question.
Several hours after my phone interview, I was invited to schedule a virtual onsite interview. (Bloomberg recruiting always works so quickly!)
The "onsite" consisted of two technical interviews that asked me to discuss a project on my resume, plus one or two LeetCode questions.
If I passed those two rounds, I was invited to a discussion with an HR person (about resume, career goals, etc.) and an interview with a senior engineering manager (which involved technical discussion, if not an actual coding question).
Everyone throughout the process was very nice and helpful, and the recruiting contact was great at responding to my emails quickly.
My interviewers sometimes provided help during my interviews, so I did not need to immediately have the most optimal answer but needed to be able to explain my thought process and understand ideas presented to me.
I received an offer and have yet to respond.
Typical LeetCode-esque questions, probably not allowed to disclose here.
