Typical technical interview, with 2 LeetCode-style questions. I got the BFS/DFS question for the first one and got a more modified graph-like problem for the second one. It was about one hour. First five minutes were intro and resume review.

Pros: Snacks, free food, and human hours with a 1-hour lunch break.
Underrated qualities: The staff is very professional but also very human. This is a large fintech company, yet it moves efficiently like a startup. You're also given a lot of opportunities to donate and contribute to your local community.
Cons: You're kind of thrown in to learn as you go, which is scary, but that's how they do things.

Free and sometimes VIP access to museums as company perks.
Can transfer teams within 6 months.
Very good managers/mentors.
Cons: - Super slow, one of the very few companies still having things on-prem.
- Your experience as a new grad is at the mercy of where they match you.
- Not the place for fast learning and good engineering practices.
