Pros: Great community.
Good benefits.
Good work-life balance.
OK TC.
OK time off.
Easy internal transfers across teams if in good standing.
Still hybrid with the majority of days working from home.
Cons: Every Black woman and some non-Black women who have worked in my department have left the team or company or been fired during my short time here. There aren't a lot of women, and very few Black people in my department, but quite a few of the others have been here for more than 3 decades. That seems significant. YMMV depending on your relationship with your managers.
