The interview process included:
- Two technical phone screens, with the second involving actual coding on HackerRank.
- A one-day in-house interview with multiple groups.
Overall, the experience was very good. I felt the interviewers did a good job of helping me showcase my strengths, rather than solely assessing a narrow set of skills. The timeframe from initial contact to the in-house interview was approximately three weeks. The final decision was received three to four weeks later, due to an HR contact taking medical leave.
