Recursive flow problem: Identify the perimeter of a section of a 2D array that has the same value (guaranteed to be contiguous).

Given an array of values, print out each integer with the next integer in the array that is higher than it. For example: given [2, 1, 5], print 2, 5 and 1, 5 (but the output order can vary).
