It was my first job interview. I got through the first phone interview with ease. I was then invited to the office in New York City for my final interview.
The interview questions weren't too hard, and I was able to solve them in one way or another. They asked questions that allowed me to show my understanding of pointers.
However, in the last 10 minutes of my second on-site technical interview, while I was writing my solution, I used a template I had memorized from LeetCode. I think that "screwed me up," as the interviewer started asking me about the extra variable I had included in my code (Stupid me!).
But it was a decently good experience for my first interview. I just wished they would pay for Wi-Fi at our hotel accommodation, because I had to pay for Wi-Fi myself to work on learning more algorithms.
