Software Engineer Interview Experience - Romania
Process
I applied online and was invited to a phone coding interview with one of their engineers.
The phone interview consisted of two easy coding questions. We coded live, then analyzed the solution's complexity using Big O notation and discussed improvements.
Next, I had a video interview with two engineers, which followed the same pattern as the phone interview. The only difference was that the questions were more difficult.
The interviewers provided hints, but mine were not great at doing so, or at communication in general.
I was rejected afterward, as we didn't have the best interaction.
