Pros: + Great work-life balance.
+ Company/managers take good care of you.
+ Hard-to-get-fired environment.
+ Lots to learn as a fresher straight out of college, but run after a couple of years!
+ Great training programs and resources.
Cons: - Culture of maintaining the status quo.
- No engineering enthusiasm; best effort engineering only.
- Poor UI framework (RAPID!!).
- No engineering hierarchy (no engineering level above Sr. Software Engineer!!).
- No free lunch; a lot of the cafeteria snacks are not healthy.

Pros: The job security and, to some extent, the salary.
Cons: The code you work with is very confusing; an infinite series of patches to remove previous bugs caused by other patches to remove some other bugs. The micromanagement is at its maximum, since you have to declare each day what you did every hour, and they will judge you based on this.
