Two on-campus technical interviews were conducted, each with two engineers. The typical interview involved the interviewers explaining their roles, me discussing my background, and technical questions. The technical questions were not too difficult, and the interviewers were patient and helpful.

Pros: While others report some outdated technologies and an in-house tech stack that can make knowledge transfer to other companies less than ideal, there's a very clear company effort to modernize. On top of that, it seems like the company has invested in its engineers to compete with some of the other top firms (especially true for the intern program), and it shows in the level of talent that the company attracts. Overall, this is a very competent engineering department and a good place to work that's getting better every year.
Cons: Outdated technologies and a largely in-house tech stack.
