Great Culture, Poor Pay
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Easy to get to know people with a big emphasis on D&I, plus a great dev culture with loads of experts easily accessible.
Cons: The payment structure is poor; the bonus is more of a deferred payment than a bonus. We could probably compete more with perks like a ping pong table :D

Great work-life balance, two months of training, and a modern tech stack
Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Started with 1 year of experience, so I had to go through "FSD" training. It's like going back to university for 2 months and getting paid.
I met a bunch of people who were dope, and now work across the company. Then I did a reverse interview to find a team.
My team is all Python and React.js.
Cons: Claims to be diverse but is distinctly missing diversity in upper management. This seems even worse when they omit their own stats from articles they’ve published on the lack of diversity in big tech.
