The org is flat (no mobility), and creativity is not allowed. Only “the Bloomberg way” is permitted.
If you are a person who seeks a true collaborative and inclusive environment, keep looking. If you're the type who wants your lunches clocked and emails monitored and timed for every single thing, then this is the place for you.
Lastly, their stance on flexibility with COVID is laughable at best. They are pressuring employees to return to the office, meanwhile, competitors and others are embracing work-from-home structures to retain their population.
