Plenty of smart and motivated people, lots of world-class programmers and C++ standard committee members, lots of free technical and financial training. Lots of workshops and seminars with well-known experts, hackathons, code competitions, lots of interesting areas...
9 hours per day of effective work is not good and too much.
Please reduce the number of hours to 40h per week as a healthier option.
