Stop wasting your time.
UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUD
The company's handling of the interview process is highly unprofessional and concerning. After receiving an interview invitation, I made the effort to travel four hours to their office in Dublin, only to have them cancel or reschedule the interview on the same day.
This not only resulted in a waste of time and effort on my part but also caused me to take "two paid leaves" from work.
The lack of proper communication and disregard for candidates' time is unacceptable and raises questions about their professionalism and reliability.
The company's conduct throughout the interview process was not only unprofessional but also appeared fraudulent.
Two hours from the scheduled interview, they informed me that they had already selected an internal candidate for the position. They proceeded to schedule interviews and wasted my valuable time and effort.
This raises serious concerns about their integrity and sincerity in the hiring process.
Such misleading practices are highly disappointing and reflect poorly on their credibility as an organization.

Pretty smooth. Recruiters replied fast, and interviewers seemed to be really smart. Nothing bad to say about it. The questions were LeetCode-style design questions. I'd say maybe medium difficulty. Not easy at all, but not too hard.
It was an initial phone interview, which was held over a Zoom call and a HackerRank session. The interviewer seemed uninterested in the interview and was not helpful in any way.
