Great benefits. You get to live in NYC. Good training program. Good place for people who intend to work as a programmer for a few years only before switching careers to a management/finance track.
No personal space, high pressure, and it's easy to feel lost. Someone with a non-finance background may find it very uninspiring to develop financial software.
Haven't been here long enough to have any relevant advice.
