The entire process was very quick. I definitely found out why they called it accelerated.

I got a phone call on a Saturday to schedule an interview for the upcoming Tuesday, and I received the offer that Wednesday.

The interview itself was structured and prompted from a standardized sheet of questions. I was directed to provide background, content, and outcome for every situation I was asked about. Basically, they asked me to share a time when I did x, y, or z, and I was to pull from my resume to answer the question.

There were three interviewers, and they took turns asking questions.

The questions weren't difficult if you know yourself and know your resume. They chose to focus on times where I worked on a team, solved a difficult analytical problem, etc.
