I applied online and heard back a few weeks later, I believe.
There was back-and-forth email correspondence with an employee who ended up being my skip-level, and I had a phone interview with her as well. The interview was all generic behavioral questions, as is the standard for Boeing.
As a software engineer, it was strange to not have any technical sections for the interview.
