Got the interview from a career fair. Had an on-campus interview the next day. The interview was a standard large company behavioral interview. The two interviewers read from a script and wrote down my responses. They were very friendly, and it wasn't overly stressful.

Cons: At two of the sites I have worked at, the management is very political and protective of their territory. Subsequently, they do not share information and play favorites.
