Cons: Weak leadership. Lack of transparency. Lack of management accountability. Micromanaged. Using corrupt/broken data systems to track parts. Intentionally circumventing processes to cut corners, which results in subpar quality of product just to make delivery commitments to customers. Constant rework of products incurs additional costs, time, and reputation. Retaliation for speaking up.

Pros: They call Boeing the "Lazy B." Good place for those who are unqualified and lazy.

Cons: Undemocratic, top-down, military-style hierarchy. The employees are basically beaten down, the unions are broken, and the workers have no power or control. The benefits are reduced every year, and work is being shipped overseas while foreign workers are imported. The environment is horrible: cramped cubbies, no expectation of privacy. Come here if you are happy being a slave to the corporate executives. You will be replaced soon and as cheaply as possible.
