Process

The first round of interviews is conducted by HireVue. There are two stages. The first consists of questions to which you have to record answers. The second is three rounds of seemingly simple games that HireVue has on their platform.

This is completely asynchronous; you are never face to face with a recruiter once you begin the interview process.

For the first part, you are given typed-out questions and are required to answer them in video format. You are given three tries per question to record your answer and a minute to prepare while reading each question.

The second part of the interview can consist of some simple arithmetic games, matching shapes, or slide-sharing games. These are all available on HireVue, so if you want to see what these games are, then you can check them out on the HireVue platform before your interview.

Questions

[1] Explain a time where you had to follow very strict rules in a professional context.

[2] Explain a time you faced a problem that seemed insurmountable. What did you do to overcome that problem?
