Process
Received an invitation for an interview after a month of waiting. I was allowed 2 days to prepare. I called in and there were 3 managers, and I was asked 5 questions. I was allowed to ask questions after the interview. It was a very formal process. I never heard back from them again. A guy I know received his offer within a day for a similar position, so I guess there were other stronger candidates.
