Three days after sending my application, I was invited to a phone screen interview, carried out two days later. That was October 28th.
The interviewer and I had a good connection, even if my interview didn't go amazingly. We had a pleasant conversation afterwards.
She promised that I would 100% hear back regardless of the outcome within two weeks, maximum a month. With COVID, it's very reasonable, and I didn't doubt that it'll be quick considering their speed until now.
However, after three email chases being ghosted, I had to add the HR representative on LinkedIn for her to remember to email me back 76 days later.
Honestly, I'm not upset over not getting the job. I'm upset over her insisting I'd hear back after we made a connection over common interests, and then ghosting me for 2.5 months. They never updated their website tracker either. It still says "under consideration".
Unfortunately, that put my experience off from positive to nigh negative.
