Process
I went to the SHPE conference, and I got an interview during the hospitality suites. I was interviewed by two engineers from the company. It went extremely well.
After about three weeks, they contacted me via email to go to Everett, WA for another interview. At Everett, I was interviewed by three engineers from the team. They had prepared a little presentation on what they do.
The next day, I went to visit the plant where they make the airplanes. After an hour-long tour, I went back for another 30-minute interview with the chief engineer.
After about three weeks of waiting, I received an email saying that I was not going to get a job offer.
