The people I work with are extremely smart, with tons of knowledge and history. Most are more than willing to help out as needed. Younger engineers seem to be excited about learning and enjoy the area.
Over half of our jobs are getting moved to the south and midwest as a cost-cutting measure. Only a few will be offered relocation packages; the rest can apply for their jobs. Those of us that remain at Everett will be handcuffed in what can be accomplished.
