It is pre-scripted questions asked to every candidate to keep the process fair. This is a ‘structured’ interview. The result is you can’t ask questions, nor can they (besides the pre-chosen ones), so both parties get a VERY poor idea of what to expect or if it’s what you both want. Too PC/bureaucratic of a process to be functional, which will be the overall feel of working at Boeing.
