Process

The interview was a phone call with multiple people. I was asked the standard diversity questions and then a series of technical questions that led to more smaller questions.

Questions

Here are six questions that were asked.

Question #1: What training and education has better prepared you for this position?

Question #2: Give me an example of a time where you had to set up and meet customer commitments on time.

Question #3: What does valuing diversity mean to you? Can you give me an example?

Question #4: How have you managed a fast-paced environment and how has that helped you?

Question #5: Tell me a time where you had to explain technical information to someone in a technical manner. What was the outcome?

Question #6: Give me an example of finding a quality defect. What did you do once you found it?

I would suggest a STAR approach: Situation, Task, Action, Results.
