I'm guessing it was an administrative assistant that first contacted me about a position with the company, two months after I filled out an application. They asked me for a specific certificate, which I sent and received notification of a phone interview two days later. It was the phone interview that led me to decline a subsequent interview.

My perception of the interviewers was not a favorable one. They seemed pissed off they were "tasked" with conducting the interview, almost like it was beneath them, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Too bad! I've heard good things about the company, too.

To keep with the spirit of integrity, and because they ask at the beginning of the interview, "Please do not disclose any information or interview questions to keep it fair for the other interviewees," I will not. However, I will say that there were five questions about how you personally handle various situations.
