I'm guessing it was an administrative assistant that first contacted me about a position with the company, two months after I filled out an application. They asked me for a specific certificate, which I sent and received notification of a phone interview two days later. It was the phone interview that led me to decline a subsequent interview.
My perception of the interviewers was not a favorable one. They seemed pissed off they were "tasked" with conducting the interview, almost like it was beneath them, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Too bad! I've heard good things about the company, too.
