Pros: - Laid-back environment.
- Flexible hours (must meet 80 hours in 2 weeks).
- Good PTO.
- Best 401k matching I've seen so far.
- LTE program allows engineers to further education.
Cons: It is difficult to move up due to Boeing politics and the review board, especially if the job is in classified space where the people reviewing you have no clue what you're working on.
