Pros: Good health insurance. Work-life balance.

Cons: Erosion of engineering culture. Extremely low morale. Have not received an increase in compensation in 4 years (not accounting for inflation). Promotions are extremely hard to come by. The company is clearly focused on moving work out of the Puget Sound region.
