Process
Sent me a quick Q/A website link that I filled out. Cool system, but the games that you play at the end kind of throw it off. The beginning is just asking some quick behavioral questions that you answer on your own.

Good Learn, Low Pay
Engineer • Current Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
February 12, 2018
Pros: Great experience and benefits. I was able to learn a lot in my first 5 years.
Cons: The pay scale is getting lower each year. Depending on your group, you may get bored because more work is assigned to the more seasoned employees. You definitely have to prove yourself and earn the trust of your colleagues.

Manufacturing Engineering Planner III • Former Employee
August 20, 2021
Pros: Great salary, opportunities galore, networking, real-world skills to learn, and experience to bring to any part of the world.
Cons: Management is not well-trained. Work can be repetitive if you do not advance. Co-workers can be abusive without repercussion.

No longer a company that you can stay your entire career
Materials, Process & Physics (MP&P) Engineer III • Current Employee
Huntington Beach, California, United States
November 5, 2024
Pros: Best educational benefit.
Great coworkers.
Good projects (if you're lucky) to work on.
Opportunities to move around.
Cons: Pay is abysmal.
Hard to get promoted past level 3.
Was told by manager I'm not ready to be promoted to L4, although I've been spending 2+ years doing L4 work.
[Bad business]
Decisions are made by upper management and flowed down without opportunities for feedback.
Expect to do 2-3 people's work on your own.
